Explore the typical Apulian cuisine with our Chef!
Our Chef will teach you how to prepare the real Apulian orecchiette pasta and focaccia.
At the end you will be taste what you will realize; during lunch there will be the Buvette of drinks (water, wine and juices).  All participants will be provided with kitchen utensils (rolling pin, pastry board, bowl etc) and at the end of the course the Certificate of participation will be issued.
Classes will have at least 2 participants up to a maximum of 8.

The cooking class includes:

  • Welcome drink
  • Visit of the Resort
  • Expert chef
  • Tasting of extra virgin olive oils
  • Tasting of focaccia
  • Cooking utensils
