The tour of flavours begins with our wine expert who will guide you to modern part of the Cellar, explaining all the stages of winemaking, starting from harvesting grapes from the vines to wine storage in the barrels.
The visit continues to the ancient cellar, an underground one, which has always been a great attraction for visitors. Completely buried, in order to benefit from an optimal and natural temperature, it jealously stores the Slavonian oak barrels, the beating heart of the whole winery. The scent of the wood together with the wine will inebriate your senses and the souvenir photo is a must-do.
We continue the path of flavours in the tasting room, full of products such as jams, liqueurs, pasta, and all typical farm-to-table products of our territory. We will also taste the wines and the delicacies of our land, such as homemade taralli, local salami, homemade cheese and focaccia. Depending on the season, the tasting can take place on the farmyard among the hay bales, under a gazebo, in the shade of a beech tree or inside the cellar.
