Il trullo Ninò

History, land, culture: the Itria Valley in the palm of your hand.

In the Trullo di Ninò, the folklore of rural Puglia takes shape in a food and wine experience that, through the recovery of raw materials and ancient recipes, cooking on the grill or in a wood-burning oven, recounts the local peasant cuisine in a philological key.

The Apulian trulli become the backdrop for a research into the culinary excellence of the territory, in a sensory journey where the colours of the Mediterranean converge with the decisive tastes of local cuisine.

From selected cold cuts and cheeses to locally farmed meats, passing through legumes and vegetables from our garden.

The ancient recipes of peasant cuisine are both heritage and tradition, recovered and enhanced by an exclusively Apulian wine list.

The Trullo di Ninò is open daily from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
