PRACTICAL TIPS

The indicated duration of treatments includes the actual treatment time. We advise you to present yourself a few minutes before the appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the appointment, without prior notice (within 3 hours before), 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged.

TIMETABLES AND APPOINTMENTS

In case of lack of punctuality, the time allocated to the treatment or wellness path will be reduced proportionally to the accumulated delay.

SPA OASI

Access to the Wellness Center is allowed only by reservation, to ensure a maximum attendance of 6/8 people for each time slot.
We remind you that access to the Spa is not allowed for children under 14 years. Children aged 14 to 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
