Bros’ was founded in 2016 by Floriano Pellegrino. It is a restaurant devoted to avant-garde cuisine, deeply rooted in the local territory, combining technique and innovation.
Its gastronomic offering follows the seasonality of ingredients and changes every six months. TRANSFORMATION is the guiding theme.

Opening Hours:
By reservation only, from Wednesday to Friday for dinner starting at 8:00 PM.
Saturday and Sunday also open for lunch starting at 12:00 PM.
